The Life of Jesus Christ,

Freely Given, Freely Lived

Katarina

Sometimes I’m a reluctant Jonah, at other times I’m a miserable Job, and then… I’m the bitter brother of the prodigal son.

But most of the times I recognize myself to be the longing bridesmaid, waiting for the bridegroom to arrive.

So whether at times I may be the angry Esau, the depressed Elijah, or the emotional David, I am first and foremost the Mary Magdalene, whom Jesus called by name, pouring my oil on Him, sharing His words with others, and anticipating the day when the tombs will forever be empty.

If you have heard the parable of Jesus searching for the one lost sheep, then you can relate to the story of my testimony ! Jesus has led me through so much, carrying me from my native city of Los Angeles to the mission field of Europe. I can truly say, if you give everything to Jesus, He gives you His all ! I evangelize by giving freely what I have received freely - the immeasurable Mercy of God, the loving guidance of the Holy Family of Nazareth, and the miracle of the Eucharist. I live in the freedom of a total sell-out to Jesus, and I want the whole world to know it. God is so good !
